Hi ya'll I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for the week ahead.  I am super excited about this week.  For me, and for my family this week represents a change.  Both my husband and I completed our first day of C25K training...yippie =)  I think the first day is the most difficult.  So, we did it and we felt great.  Big positive changes are on the way!!!  We also decided that we are changing our eating habits as well.  Starting today we are striving to be a healthier household.  I'll be sure to keep you posted.

What goals do you have set for yourself for the week?  What about the month or the year?  I am a goal setting person.  Yes, sometimes I fail, but I am willing to try again.  So, right now I am focusing on our home being more healthy.  That is a daily goal but also a long term goal.  I think it is going to take some time for all of us to adjust and be comfortable with our changes.  Any advice on getting children to eat healthier?  I hope by watching my husband and I they will learn and want to make healthy choices as well.

Have a wonderful Monday everyone!!!

Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
