Sweet harmony

I am willing to bet that in 7 out of 10 family car cd players is a child's music cd.  My girls love music...of course I wish on some level that my 7 year old still wanted nursery rhymes instead of One Direction, but....my point being kids adore music.  I love listening to my kids sing.  It brings an instant smile to my face.  My 2 year old sings along to her nursery rhyme cd and knows many of the words.  Today, I brought the cd inside and played it while they were in the playroom   As I am sitting here typing they are singing and playing nicely.  No...they are not in harmony nor are they quiet...but it is sweet.  It makes my heart happy to hear little voices (much better than whining anyday!!!)

I'm glad to report that my husband and I are still going strong with our training.  We started week 3 today.  It's going quickly...before we know it we'll be racing!

Wishing ya'll a peaceful Monday...I hope you take some time to hear a sweet melody of your own.

Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.  ~Berthold Auerbach

Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
